Catholics and other Christians throughout the world are invited to offer their prayers to God, invoking his grace: to effect a profound renewal and conversion in each person, in the Church and in the family; to bring about a deeper appreciation of the Eucharist. WE PRAY AND SING TO THE LORD contains just about all that the average Christian community and individual faithful need in order to follow the prayer life of the Church and their own private devotions. As well as the basic texts of the Mass and of the usual prayers, there are prayers, hymns and blessings to fit traditional special events such as births, weddings and funerals. We conclude in the words of the first edition: Our wish and our prayers is that all those who will use WE PRAY AND SING TO THE LORD will find in it a way to strengthen their faith, to deepen their life of prayer and to share God’s gifts and blessings with their neighbours. May the Lord of peace and Happiness be with all of you.
