"Every human being longs to experience God in his/her life. How to meet God? We are told that a person's life is a salvation history. This implies that God should be felt present and active i the world. But how can we recognize his presence and action? Our experiences are often ambiguous, confusing and disturbing. How can we perceive God's on-going revelation? This book attempts to answer these questions.' (from the Presentation).

A well conceived and written book. It is divided into six chapters: from the approach to Scripture and life in the light of Lectio Divina (ch. 1); to a few biblical passages in the light of Lectio Divina (ch 2,3,4); to Jesus' attitude of discernment and fulfilment of God's will and communion with the Father, the spirit and the Church (ch.5). Chapter 6 offers a more global presentation of the spiritual and theological components of Lectio Divina in relationship with Liturgy. These reflections are the fruit of personal study of the author and the fruit of experience in guiding courses of Spiritual Exercises.
