The course "Communication for Pastoral Education"- in three volumes-is designed for the varied situations of the pastoral ministry in Africa. There are six modules, corresponding to the main topics, and each module is composed of units. Each until starts with the formulation of the content, followed by a description of the aims. The method implies first of all that the students should be confronted with reality as point of departure for the learning process. The integration of communication into pastoral and seminary formation is a point of discussion and different possibilities or models are put forward. We offer one model as a kind of example, which can be accepted, modified or replaced by others.
