The Church reveals its true and profound identity when it embarks on the process of "making Christians" This is realized in a special way through the rite of Christians Initiation of Adults (RCIA). The whole community takes active part in the making of Christians, especially through the ministry of all those directly involved in the process of leading the catechumens to celebrate the sacraments of initiation at the Easter Vigil. The same approach is needed as far as the celebration of Baptism for Children and Confirmation are concerned. The celebration of initiation is indeed the epiphany of the Trinity and of the Church; it expresses and deepens our Christian experience of God as Trinity and of the Church. as a community of believers called to enter into the Trinitarian communion in order to reveal the love of God to all peoples.
