Basically this booklet is meant to tackle the problem of drugs and provide systematic solutions on how to avoid becoming a drug user and elaborate exhaustively on the consequences for victims. The booklet also throws light on what is happening around us. It is a problem in which almost everybody has a role to play, for if one is not part of the solution then one is part of the problem. It is important for society to understand that young people and especially youths are living in such deplorable conditions that it calls for a very high degree of sensitivity coupled with a spirit of patience and understanding in the handling of their problems.
