Young and old alike, find themselves making new friends from far and wide. Young people go to schools which are sometimes very far from their homes, and there they mix with other youngsters from all over the country and abroad. After school they find themselves in higher institutions of earning or in jobs where they intermingle further with a variety of people from different cultural origins. In these social interactions friendship begin and develop. Many young people in these situations start asking themselves lots of questions about friendship. For instance:

• How do l choose a girl or a boy friend?
• Is it right for me to have a boy or a girl friend from a differnt tribe or race?
• How can l know l am truly in love with a boy or girl?
